WHY CONSCIOUSNESS?

Consciousness is the source of our performance. It flows through everything we do. If we want to increase our performance as leaders, teams and organisations and make a positive impact on society, we have to develop our consciousness.

OUR APPROACH

Our industrialised consciousness understands and creates everything as a ‘machine’. To succeed today, we now need to understand and create everything as an adaptive ‘ecosystem’. This requires a new level of consciousness. To develop the consciousness of leaders, teams and organisations, we apply the science of psychology and draw on the wisdom of nature.

OUR SERVICES

We facilitate the development of the consciousness of individuals and leaders and the collective consciousness of teams and organisations. We do this by enabling people to bring greater harmony to their consciousness, increasing people’s psychological capability, providing developmental challenges and support, facilitating group dynamics and advising leaders on organisational systems, processes and structures.

OUR NAME

The name Aqumens is a combination of Mens, which is the Roman Goddess of Consciousness, and Aqu, taken from Aqua to signify the flow of water or stream. So, for us, Aqumens means a stream of consciousness. Our job is to enable leaders to increase the flow of their consciousness so they gain access to more of their potential for the benefit of their teams, organisation and the wider society.
