When coaching, we take a client-centred approach enabled by a wide range of psychological disciplines, models and techniques. People come to us for coaching when their stage of consciousness development is misaligned with the complexity of their work. This can happen when a person is overly stressed and tumbles down the development stages, facing a new challenge at work beyond their current stage or embarking on their next growth stage.

 
When faced with misalignment, most people are likely to experience a significant level of anxiety before a new way of understanding of the world emerges. Although they may be well prepared to handle stress,  face the challenge and grow, they still need to ensure they are being supported through the transition period.  The type of support provided must be aligned with the person’s next stage in their development.

 

 

Psychometric Feedback and Coaching

Performance Coaching

 

Performance coaching is ideal to help clients unlock the potential of their current stage of consciousness development and realise a higher level of performance.  Through using a range of coaching techniques, we enable clients to solve their own problems by identifying and removing blocks to their performance. Our performance coaching is often used to help clients overcome interpersonal difficulties, build and lead a team. be more strategic in their leadership, increase their influence, deal with poor performance, increase their self-confidence, lead with greater emotional intelligence and much more. We often integrate psychometric profiling with our performance coaching.  Typically, our clients engage us for six performance coaching sessions over nine months.  Each coaching session typically lasts for 90 minutes and can be delivered online or face-to-face. Our performance coaching can be delivered standalone or integrated into our client’s leadership development programmes.

 

 

Transpersonal Coaching

 

Transpersonal coaching is ideal to support and guide clients who are transitioning to the post-conventional stages of consciousness development. It guides clients away from an ego-centric focus on problems towards a greater awareness of our interdependence. This enables the client to quieten their ego, releasing the psychological energy needed to work with higher levels of consciousness. This type of coaching encourages the discovery of inner wisdom, deeper understanding, and new perspectives. Typically, our clients engage us for six transpersonal coaching sessions over nine months.  Each coaching session typically lasts for 90 minutes and can be delivered online or face-to-face. Our transpersonal coaching can be delivered standalone or integrated into our client’s leadership development programmes.
